A plain-language description of what this website does with your information. It only describes systems that are actually in place.
What the enquiry form collects
Your name, email address, project category, budget range, preferred timeline and project description, plus anything you choose to add: company name, current website and additional requirements. You also confirm that I may contact you about the enquiry.
Why it's needed
Only to understand your project and reply to you about it. It isn't used for marketing, isn't sold and isn't shared with anyone except the email delivery service below.
How submissions are delivered, and who receives them
When online delivery is enabled, the form sends your enquiry as an email through Resend (opens in a new tab), a transactional email service, to Kanishk Dixit at kanishkdixit04@gmail.com. Only I receive it. Resend processes the message in order to deliver it, under its own privacy policy.
If online delivery isn't available, the form tells you that your enquiry was not sent and offers to open an email to the same address instead. Nothing is sent without you seeing a confirmation.
What is stored, and for how long
This website has no database and doesn't store your enquiry itself. Once delivered, the email remains in my inbox for as long as I need it to respond to you and manage any resulting project.
To prevent spam, the server keeps two short-lived technical records, neither of which contains your name, email or message:
- a one-way hashed identifier derived from your network address, used to limit how many enquiries can be sent. It is deleted automatically after at most 24 hours;
- a random reference number for each submission, used to avoid sending the same enquiry twice. It is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Server logs record only technical events (for example “enquiry sent” and the project category), never the contents of your enquiry or your contact details. The hosting provider may also keep its own standard request logs.
Asking for deletion
Email kanishkdixit04@gmail.com and I'll delete your enquiry and any related emails, and confirm when it's done.
Other data on this site
There are no analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
